I'm building a shed on an existing concrete base. 3m wide and 2.4m deep. About 2.1m high. The roof will be a flat corrugated roof sloping down to the back, with a 30cm eave at the front. I can put up the sheets and flash it later. I've bought all the timber required and have colourbond sheets, flashing and gutter. The gutter is just a straight piece with no end caps and no cut out for a downpipe. Tax invoice required Then job includes: 1. Build the frame and put sarking up, ready for cladding, but to clad the back with two supplied hardieflex sheets (the back will be harder to clad later on once it is up, due to lack of space). 2. Put gutter up on back, ready for downpipe. 3. Put in door (door and frame provided) 4. Put in small window. 5. Cut colourbond, ready for installation. Everything provided except screws, nails, dynabolts, flashing (for door and window), foil tacks (for sarking).
