The area needs to be reenforced for motor vehicles to drive over and must match the current concrete(aggregate) as much as possible. You’ll need a strong magnet (which you can bring) to fish it out. After that, the hole will need to be neatly fixed—either gluing a bolt in place or another suitable method.
