Please fit a drop bolt or other fixing to hold one leaf in place, plus a keyed lock where the two gates meet. Side of house: there’s no gate at the moment. Please supply and install a new gate to match the metal with a keyed lock. Back fence gate: lock back gate with same lock and key. Photos are attached. Please quote supply and installation for all three, including the gate material and the lock hardware you’d use. Weatherproof locks preferred. Availability in the next few days would be great. Measure the side opening (width and the height you want) and photograph it with the fence on either side. The side gate is the biggest part of the job, so good photos will get you more accurate quotes. If the side gate makes the job slower, you could ask whether a tasker can do the locks first and come back for the gate.

Install a new gate on the driveway and remove the existing gate piece and discard it. The gate measurement would be 3.8 meters width.

Need to move a 2x2m water feature about 35m from driveway to backyard. The water feature is heavy and will need 2+ people to move. Will be easier if you have a dolly with large wheels to get it across the first 15m which is loose dirt. The back half of the distance is paved/decked area so much easier to use a dolly.

Hello, I'd like to get a basic gate installed between existing fences that have a spacing for a single car driveway. I do not have existing materials. The spacing is 2.8 metres. Maybe around 1.5 metres for the height, but I'm flexible and it definitely doesn't need to be as tall as the fence. Will need the fence for basic privacy and security purposes. It needs to be porous to wind as a previous gate failed under wind stress. The system should be able to accommodate a basic lock setup (e.g chain/latch and padlock) but I can set this up myself so it does not have to be included in this job. Open to second hand components if they do not compromise the durability of the construction and it reduces the overall cost. The existing adjacent fence posts may need reinforcement after the gate is added. A photo has been attached. It shows a former gate that is no longer there. I do not require the same design as this former gate.
