I need a carpenter or similar to build a double swing gate with cladding as cypress pickets. I will have all materials on site (2 X steel gate frames, 2x cypress posts - one to be fixed to house and 1 to be concreted in, hinges, latch, concrete and around 35 pickets) A small extra 300-400mm section will need to be pickets to close between gate and side fence with some rails I guess. Each gate frame is 1500mm wide by 1800mm high.

Hi, I need to cut, remove, and replace only the bottom section (approx. 5.5m wide x 2.4m long) of my exposed aggregate driveway where it meets the council footpath. The edge has lifted and the soil underneath has been washed away (created a void), which the council requires to be fixed. Scope of work: 1. Cut and demolish the affected bottom section of the driveway (approx. 10-12sqm). 2. Fill the underlying void with road base/crushed rock and compact it thoroughly with a plate compactor to prevent future moving. 3. Drill and dowel steel rebars into the remaining old concrete slab to securely join the new pour. 4. Pour new exposed aggregate concrete to perfectly match the height of the council footpath (eliminate the trip hazard). 5. All concrete debris and waste removal must be included.
