The repair of the concrete driveway has dipped & cracked. The concrete road has been there since 1993. It has garbage trucks driving over it every Tuesday. As it is for a body corp you will need all the necessary insurances. We have only 3 males on the committee who all live on the premises. We are use to making decisions for our complex quickly to obtain a work order for the work to go ahead. There is money in the account to get the work done which doesn't give licence to an operator providing to us the highest quote. We will only obtain 3 quotes & then we shall make the quick decision. Cleanout cap in driveway is clogged and needs clearing (photo attached). Looking to clear the blockage via the cleanout access point. To add steps next to exiting driveway, I need to excavate the soil and push the soil further onto the front yard. Length is about 11m. Width - max 1m. 80cm for step, 20cm for retaining wall footing. Some of this was done manually , evident in the attached photo. Ideally someone who can to excavation and concrete, but if you only do excavation, its okay. Though it is not super urgent, I would like it be done fairly soon.

Hello, I'd like to get a basic gate installed between existing fences that have a spacing for a single car driveway. I do not have existing materials. The spacing is 2.8 metres. Maybe around 1.5 metres for the height, but I'm flexible and it definitely doesn't need to be as tall as the fence. Will need the fence for basic privacy and security purposes. It needs to be porous to wind as a previous gate failed under wind stress. The system should be able to accommodate a basic lock setup (e.g chain/latch and padlock) but I can set this up myself so it does not have to be included in this job. Open to second hand components if they do not compromise the durability of the construction and it reduces the overall cost. The existing adjacent fence posts may need reinforcement after the gate is added. A photo has been attached. It shows a former gate that is no longer there. I do not require the same design as this former gate.

I have got ten hedge plants in my drive way. I need them trimmed and shaped properly. You can use the green bin in the property - it wont hold much of course. There should be some gap left between the plants and the fence after trimming and any waste falling in the neighbor property needs to be cleaned up please.
