Three additional bedrooms where existing Bed 1/2/3 are (each ~3.0×3.0 m) with built-in robes. 3. Open-plan Kitchen/Meals/Family: remove walls, add island 2.4×0.9 m with sink/DW; cooktop/oven on back bench; 950 mm fridge alcove; pull-out pantry. 4. Convert current Laundry to Butler’s Pantry + Euro Laundry (stacked W/D), re-use plumbing. 5. Keep and refresh main bathroom for Beds 2–4. 6. Two living spaces: • Formal Lounge at front; Informal Family off kitchen/meals with wide opening to alfresco. 7. Entry widened to 1200 mm (pivot or wide door with side-lite) and defined foyer. 8. Garage re-planned to a 6.0×6.0 m double (side-by-side) with internal access; rear tapered section as storage/workshop. 9. Improve indoor–outdoor flow with stacker door to Covered Entertaining. 10. Add linen storage (600 mm deep) and optimise general storage.
