Require structural engineering, draftsperson, and if available a person for certification for a garage with a suspended overhead slab which will act as an entertainment deck, in addition, this deck will be partially roofed. Extension of current adjoining room 3 meters onto the suspended deck requiring walls and window addition. We will require plans for bathroom and shower positioned within the 3 meters of the extension and associated hydraulics. The method of suspended slab we will be using is speedfloor (not bondeck) the garage pad will be concrete, we will be using steel poles and beams and hence speed floor deck We will require it to be structurally able to build additional rooms on the deck.
