I’ve got to replace half a dozen bricks with better rollers and add 11 bricks to make it slightly bigger. There is a tool to do it, but we also need to float the unit to a nearby beach so we can work on it easily. We can use the boat for that. It is worth having some experience with these bricks to do this job well.

Job 1 – Strip drain step / riser • Build a low brick riser/retaining step (approx 100–150mm high, ~2m long) on the downhill side of an existing strip drain • Bricks supplied on site • Lay bricks on small concrete footing (area already excavated) • Mortar joints between bricks • Waterproof back face of bricks • Create a small landing behind the drain and set a cap paver flush with drain grate • Tie new step into existing stone patio Job 2 – Brick edging along fence • Lay a single course of bricks along existing concrete/sandstone footing at fence line • Mortar bricks in place, keeping line straight and level • Length approx 4.5m • Fence line slopes slightly — brick edging to be laid level in stepped sections as needed. This is decorative edging / garden retention (not structural).

Task Title: Repair damaged stone pillar/base near garage (cracks + missing piece, color match) Description: I need a skilled handyman or mason to repair a damaged stone pillar (likely sandstone or similar) at the corner of my front fence. One section/piece of stone is completely missing at the bottom corner (creating a gap). Work required: - Clean out loose debris, old mortar, and unstable sections. - Repoint/re-mortar all cracked joints for stability. - Replace the missing stone piece using a matching color and texture stone or a suitable repair mortar/product that blends seamlessly with the existing tan/brownish stone. - Ensure the repair is weather-resistant and looks natural. The mortar between some of the bricks on the outside of the house under the windows has crumbled. Seal with new mortar and make sure to check for moisture in the gaps. Most of the gaps are small & there’s around 20 spots that need to be fixed

Approx 6m2 for extra paving on one side of the pool. L shape paving required. Pavers need footings under them for new glass pool fence going in. See area marked in red where pavers required. Build a small besser block L shaped planter box. I will remove the old timber batten balustrade. I will also provide all materials. Besser blocks will be 140mm wide. Also would like these core filled. 3 besser blocks high 3800mm front 2800mm side

Qualified bricklayer to lay 25 bessa bricks along fence. Bricks and cement supplied. Tradesperson to bring tools and leveling equipment. Current blocks will be removed before jobs begins. Must be clean and tidy and leave site as is it was at start of job. No concrete to be left around pool areas and on pavers. All left over concrete to removed.

Bricks in outdoor steps have sunk slightly and are uneven. They need re-leveling. Brick frames ok, it is just the bricks in the middle which are uneven. 7 steps, varying sizes, but about 70 bricks total. Refer photos.

We have had the old electricity box removed and had a new one installed. There is now a large hole in the external wall requiring new bricks.

Existing door has been removed, inside framed. Just need the external bricked up
