Need someone with a core drill to put one hole through a double brick wall (~300mm total depth). ​Hole size: Needs to clear a 115mm OD PVC pipe ( nearest larger core bit is perfect). ​Access: Easy ground level access on both sides, power on site. ​Prep: Work area is cleared with drop sheets down. Wall is clear of services. ​BYO core drill setup / diamond bit. ​Straightforward job for someone with the right gear. Photos attached.

All the bricks are structurally sound and firmly in place; the job is to scrape out the old, failing mortar and redo the mortar joints for a clean, flush finish.

I’ve got to replace half a dozen bricks with better rollers and add 11 bricks to make it slightly bigger. There is a tool to do it, but we also need to float the unit to a nearby beach so we can work on it easily. We can use the boat for that. It is worth having some experience with these bricks to do this job well.

The mortar between some of the bricks on the outside of the house under the windows has crumbled. Seal with new mortar and make sure to check for moisture in the gaps. Most of the gaps are small & there’s around 20 spots that need to be fixed
