My mum is currently in Westmead Rehabilitation Hospital located in South Wentworthville. She literally has short back and sides, nothing fancy - has never blow dried her hair in her life! She has been there for a while and cannot walk, with the assistance of the nurses, you would need to give her a trim and tidy up in her bathroom at the rehab centre.
