I have a 2010 Holden Cruze that has a electrical problem&will not start. It was inundated with water 2year ago and after drying out completely it functioned fine until a couple elec probs surfaced 6 month later. Then, after a very heavy rain, it would no longer start. At all. I had a autolec in to try to discover the prob but after working half assed for awhile he never returned. There is alot more to it but that is the basics.
