I require a Camera person to help shoot some video of my business at an up coming Tradeshow at the Perth Convention Centre. Tradeshow runs from the 10th - 12th of March 2026. It starts at 9am each day but would only need around 2hrs for each day (this may change)

We are seeking an experienced Perth-based conference videographer to film two professional leadership summits being held side-by-side at Novotel Perth Langley. Event dates: 25–26 February 2026 Approx. 8:00am–5:30pm both days There are two conference rooms (a ballroom divided in two) running simultaneously. Attendance: • Room 1: approx. 120 delegates • Room 2: approx. 50 delegates These are professional corporate events with senior executives and keynote speakers. The footage will be used for long-term marketing content, so clean visuals and excellent audio are essential. What We’re Looking For We would prefer a single experienced operator who can manage both rooms using a simple, efficient setup. Expected setup: • Two locked-off 4K cameras per room (tripods) • Wide shot of stage • Tight shot of speaker at lectern • Coverage of seated Q&A sessions • Continuous recording of full sessions • High-quality audio captured from the venue mixing desk You must be comfortable liaising directly with the on-site AV team to obtain a clean audio feed. We will facilitate introductions and access. Audio quality is critical. We do NOT require: • Live streaming • Live switching • Highlight reels We only require clean, well-framed 4K raw footage delivered on a hard drive after the event. However, if the individual has spare time to help out filming social content ( we will also be filming) that would be incredible.
