I need help navigating how to use Xero Accounting program, previously used MYOB for 20 years.

I’m a small business owner for over 15 years and I’m looking for someone experienced with Xero who can provide practical 1-on-1 training in person. I already have a basic understanding of Xero but I want to become more confident managing the financial side of the business myself rather than relying entirely on bookkeepers/accountants. Areas I’d like help with include: - Understanding Profit & Loss reports - Balance sheets - Cash flow - Business structure and tax basics - Separating income streams for better reporting - Tracking profitability by department/service - Xero setup, reporting, and best practices - General small business financial management The business is a Pty Ltd company with myself as the owner/operator, one contractor coming on board part-time, and plans to add casual instructors. Ideally looking for someone practical and experienced with small businesses who can explain things clearly in real-world terms rather than just textbook/accounting language. Prefer Wednesday-Saturdays if possible and happy to travel around the Central Coast or Sydney for the right person.
