3 fence posts need fixing- and fence leaning

Need help repairing wooden floorboards that have come apart and now have noticeable gaps between them.

Please fix the wood around the window - I don't want the entire window replaced - repair chipped (and potentially rotting) wood around window as there is a small gap when window is closed.

Wooden sliding door to rollers needs to be replaced. See pictures attached

1. The door closer attached to the security door is improperly secured. The upper bracket appears detached, and the closer is hanging loose. The issue needs to be fixed to ensure the door functions properly. 2. To repair our wooden side gate, which has become loose and damaged at the hinge area.

Our wooden side gate jams and difficult to open. It has a metal latch. We think hinges need to be tightened or replaced. Please send quotes.

Sliding doors in hallway have been taken off rails + painted. Doors now need to be returned onto the rails, and new guides (purchased) need to be installed into the new vinyl floor to assist with sliding.
