Fix wooden shelves in garage

We've had some damage done to our wooden doorframe by a very naughty dog. I need it fixed but unfortunately I don't have the right paint to match the door frame. It looks like a white mid gloss.

Hey team I have a wooden ledge that has come off a bit from the wall. We have an interim solution to place an extendable leg for support but ultimately would love to get it fixed.
