There is a problem with the OS on my laptop, it resets itself every time I restart it. Also, it only recognises me as a local user, not an administrator (which I am). Each time I open my PC, an error message appears asking me to fix PC errors and Windows 11 OS issues by logging out and logging back in, which does not work. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to resolve these issues
