Front door screen has become unscrewed, need some help. Having to manually close the door instead of automatically.

I am in need of hole repairs - two walls, one hollow bedroom door.

Tiles have lifted and some broken following landscaping work. This has also caused pool fence to be misaligned. I require 5 tiles to be replaced, and 7-8 tiles (including 5 broken) to be re-fitted and fixed, as well as pool fence to be realigned on tiles.
