Front door needs shaving down the vertical side as it is really hard to open as it is catching/sticking to door frame. Also had new flooring put in and now the bathroom door won’t close due to it catching on something at the bottom.

Glass in my bathroom highlight window has broken and I want to cover the area with plywood. Access to window is via a single-storey roof. I have the plywood but it will need to be trimmed to size - approx 900x900mm. I want the wood siliconed and screwed over the existing wooden window frame. Access to the roof is pretty easy by ladder.

Our double garage tilt door has 2 set of springs on each side of the garage door. One of the spring broke apart today, the garage door was in the closed position when it happened. Luckily no one was around when it happened. Please refer to the attached photos showing the current layout of the springs and the broken spring for quoting purpose.

I have a new front window rubber seal that needs to be installed. I tried doing this myself but I couldn’t get the top part to go in, just on the sides. I have gasket glue and the seal ready to go . Maybe I didn’t have the right tools. I’m not sure but if someone has knowledge on this, I would appreciate your help.

This task can be done elsewhere but will need to be fitted on location. I want to replace the internal door between the laundry & living area with a similar plain door (ready-painted). The laundry ceiling is home to the air-conditioning inlet so when the air-conditioning is on, the laundry door must be open! To resolve this I'd like a plantation shutter fitted into the new door across the width at the base, 3 or 4 wide blinds in height.
