Repair arm of cane chair broken OUTDOORS 1. Gurney and remove all mould from stairs, back and front 2. Gurney and remove all mould from outdoors i.e. the window coverings (see photo) 3. Check stairs for any repairs to be done to strengthen them – add in extra support if needed 4. Remove old trellis from front fence, trim back all plants and weeds and open up the space to look better maintained 5. Make sure old shadecloth is removed from carpark THEN COORDIANTE WITH TENANTS TO MAKE TIME TO DO THE FOLLOWING: 1. Paint the kitchen cabinets from the blue to either same blue or a place cream (quote, please) 2. Paint the large dining table same blue colour 3. Clean and scrape back the window ledges, fill in cracks and repaint cream colour (they are all getting very crackled and old) 4. Remove the blue carpet in main bedroom and have the floors polishedHALF DAY 5. Clean all mildew/mould from walls and ceilings upstairs, including fans, doors 6. Clean and varnish round kitchen dining table 7. Clean the mould from kitchen chairs, and revarnish if needed 8. Repair stove door – or consider replacing it

Need old kitchen cupboard removed, plumbing has been disconnected already. Have 3 window blinds to install, brick surrounds. Help me lift lounge to move it across room.

Old wall is masonite and needs replacing, while its off i want to install insulation and replace the two windows.

Update…. I have managed to remove it and it just requires installation… Please ignore below as I’ve got it out and replaced mesh and just the screen needs to be re installed. Thank you The small security screen got stuck whilst I was trying to remove it to replace with mess wire It’s still stuck (about 80cm wide and 50 cm tall) It seems to be stuck in the railing.
