I have a Tesla Model 3 fitted with Hankook Ventus S1 Evo3 235/40R19 96W tyres. While driving, a long hex-shank metal bit (similar to a drill or driver bit) became almost completely lodged in the sidewall of one tyre (driver's side - rear). The object appears to have been driven in at an angle from road debris and has penetrated the sidewall. I have since removed it and understand that sidewall punctures are generally not repairable, so a full tyre replacement may be required. I need urgent assistance to: Supply and fit a matching Hankook 235/40R19 96W tyre (or close equivalent), balanced and installed Location: South Bunbury Timing: ASAP — mobile service preferred to avoid driving on the damaged tyre.
