Remove and dispose of the existing Rheem Stellar gas storage hot water system. Replaced with a Rheem 26L Gas Continuous flow water heater: 50c model The gas connection will need to be increased from the meter from Rp ½ to Rp ¾ The new system is to be located in the same position as the existing, resulting in minimal pipe work aside from lifting the gas / water pipe work by approximately 1.6m The gas pipe from the meter will need to be changed from ½ to ¾ diameter over a length of 5 meters. The photo shows that the surface to be opened is soil and stones. There are no obstructions making it easy to replace the existing Rp ½ gas pipe.

Two Rheem 50L Water Heaters were fitted as part of a Home Reno (under Kitchen Cabinet). (with tempering valves, PRVs, mildred etc) Some of the flared fitting have started leaking (at flare joint connections) and the original plumber isn't responding. I don't trust the workmanship and would like the flared fittings replaced (i.e. new copper). There is no Kitchen bench top providing access from both top and side. Licensed Plumbers only.
