Serve food and top up grazing platters as needed. Collect used glasses and plates throughout the evening. Wash dishes/load dishwasher as required. Wipe benches and keep the kitchen and entertaining areas clean. Empty rubbish when needed. Clean and restock the guest bathroom during the event if required.
