The barhand will help pour Aperol drinks and this is as complicated as it will get. Both will help set up before the event starts and clear away at the end. The event is scheduled to commence at 5pm and should end by 7.30. Time required for the staff will be from 4.30pm to 7.30pm. The event is a 70th birthday cocktails and the number of people is 35.
