Special Requests & On-Call Assistance: Be available to handle any special service requests that arise during the event (e.g., extra refreshments for guests, assisting elderly guests, or helping with the logistics of serving desserts). Act as a liaison between the wedding organizers and the kitchen/serving areas to ensure that any adjustments are communicated promptly. 5. Post-Service Wrap-Up: Assist with minor cleanup tasks as the event winds down, ensuring that the venue is left in proper order according to the wedding planner’s and venue’s guidelines.
