Our requirements are: Friday 2 October 2 x RSA bartenders/waitstaff 4:00pm – 9:00pm Approximately 25 guests Saturday 3 October 2 x RSA bartenders: 1:00pm – 8:00pm 1 x Waitstaff: 2:00pm – 8:00pm Approximately 45 guests This is a private event where we will be supplying all alcohol, glassware, ice and bar setup. We're simply looking for friendly, experienced bar staff to serve drinks, keep the bar organised and ensure responsible service throughout the event. Hello! Are you friendly, fun, and love Halloween? Do you enjoy the energy of a crowd and know how to keep an eye on ensuring guests are having fun and well attended to? If so, we'd love to interview you to serve as a waiter at our 5th Annual Halloween Spooktacular! We're looking for someone who can serve as a waiter for 60 people at our place in Darlinghurst on Saturday, October 31st. Arrive at 7PM and depart at 1AM. The rate includes 6 hours of service, beginning at 7PM with an hour of set up before guests arrive at 8PM. Please note that this rate does not include a tip, which will be provided in person as long as you arrive on time and carry out the tasks outlined below in a friendly and helpful way. You will assist the designated bartenders as needed, pass drinks around to guests and ensure dirty glasses are collected and rinsed. You will also help heat up some frozen party foods and distribute them to guests later in the evening. And lastly, to help clean up any accidental spills. You are not asked to bartend - this is exclusively a waiter role. I will be looking for 2-3 additional waiters, so if you have someone you work with who might be interested, please let me know. You will be asked to wear a Halloween themed waiter outfit that will be provided. This includes a white button up shirt, black vest, and orange apron.
