- Experienced person required with relevant insurances & workmanship warranty - 3 bdrms and 1 living area vinyl planks laid. - I will supply vinyl planks only but you will need to supply any silicones and floor prepping materials etc - Floors are good condition but need planing at some of the joins as you can see where the joins are slightly out of balance. We have ripped up part of carpet to check this. - I need this job completed over a few days only as I have furniture delivery coming on the 8th. My partner and I are ripping up the 30 year old carpet in our house. We are looking for someone to lay down the vinyl flooring. We will be doing it room by room and we have done one room so far. We can also do the hallway if that is what is recommended. We have pulled out the carpet and the nails (which have left little holes) and it is ready to be leveled and laid. We have not bought the vinyl or surface level concrete happy to do so but seek some guidance in this area. The room is 2500mm by 3000mm roughly.
