hello i am going to be selling my house and need photos, video and floorplans prepared. i prefer to arrange this myself so i can have more control and own the materials. i would like several photos inside and outside the house, drone video photography, as well as floor-plan in relevant file formats and a variety of resolutions. i would like photos and videos taken during different times of the day and night so we can pick the best photos. photos of the surrounding area too or stock images ok. house is on 700m2 block in postcode 3145. you will need to block out neighbouring houses for privacy. plus some photo editing/touch up to make them look better.

The videographer doesn't need to be super experienced (open to students), however we would prefer if the individual had a professional camera and not an iPhone.
