Hi! I need a quick regular clean / tidy of my apartment - mainly vacuuming and removing minor soil/debris (from recent plant repotting). This is NOT an exit clean, just a fast reset for a otherwise brand-new and modern apartment in excellent condition. Should be 1 to 2 hours max for someone experienced plus you will have additional labour and extra pair of hands to help on site. Location: Footscray VIC 3011 Budget: $100 (happy for offers if justified. and articulated as to why) Apartment: 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom townhouse Main tasks (priority): • Vacuum floors throughout (including any visible soil/debris) • Sweep/vacuum stairs/entry area (see photos) • Quick wipe of surfaces (kitchen benches, dining table, any dusty areas) • Quick bedroom and bathroom reset (wipe vanity + mirror, quick toilet clean) • Take out rubbish if needed (no need to transport this with you. There is a place to check them out on site). • Quick steam clean/mop of main floor areas (only after deep vacuuming) Not required: • No deep extensive exit clean as such • No oven/fridge, no windows, no inside cupboards Supplies: Please bring your own vacuum and basic cleaning supplies (spray + cloths + mop if mopping).

Very simple task that will take less than an hour. It’s a small 2 bedroom apartment (1 bedroom and 1 is used as an office). The bedrooms are carpeted and the kitchen and bathrooms are tile.
