Our single storey tiled roof home has approximately 50m of A-Line Guttering around its perimeter, with half of that fitted with a FIXED leaf barrier (see photos)that will remain in place, AND approx 10m of Box Guttering fitted on two FLAT Colorbond Roof sections, that has "bristle" type REMOVABLE leaf barriers fitted that will require removal before cleaning, and replacement afterwards. We would like proposals to CLEAN and VACUUM all the gutters and the flat roofs, including removal and refitting of of the removable leaf barriers. ● Please refer to the photos, and note that that the two FLAT roofs will not support a person's weight, so a extended vacuum handle will be required for these! ● NO pressure washers or blowers please! THIS WILL BE AN ONGOING TASK, THREE TIMES EACH YEAR, FOR THE RIGHT BUSINESS. - Due date: Before Sunday, 10 March 2024
