I’m looking for someone to repair the wall area after a TV mount has been removed. The job includes patching any holes or marks left behind, sanding the repaired area smoothly and repainting the patched section so it matches the current wall color as closely as possible. I don’t know the exact paint color. I have attached a photo of a well-lit part of the same wall/room to use as a color reference only. This is for an end-of-lease/move-out, so the wall needs to be left clean and presentable. Please include tools and materials in your offer, including filler, sanding materials and paint/paint matching if required. Thank you.

I need a 55 inch TV wall mounted with cables concealed (the powerpoints are located directly below where the TV will be). Note, the wall studs are likely to be metal. In addition I have 2 x acoustic wooden wall panels to be installed behind the tv, one of which will need to be cut to fit around the tv bracket. These wall panels are a simple installation with glue.
