As per the photo attached I require the current lawn which is currently just a mix weed style grass (couch mainly) removed, Some new under lay soil for the new turf and then supply and install new turf all round. I’d like to consider some options when it comes to choice of turf. I just want something that works easy to maintain but looks good at the same time. I did have empire zoysia once great turf but high maintenance. The yellow box section measures approx 200m2 The section outside the boundary line (council land) is probably about 230m2. Looking for someone to lay 85 sqm of turf. Turf will be delivered at the front of the property between 1030am and 1230pm. Turf will need to be carried/wheelbarrowed down the side of the property to the back lawn (as shown in photo). Area is top soiled and ready for turf to be laid.
