I overdosed my lawn with weed killer back in April and it hasn't recovered. I'd like to use this opportunity to start fresh and correct some issues when I laid it originally. Between the front and back lawn, it totals about 68m2. I'd like the following done: 1. Remove existing lawn • Strip and dispose of all existing turf (zoysia matrella, chemically damaged) including thatch. 2. Install concrete border strips in front yard Purpose: Prevent neighbour’s couch grass from invading my lawn. Two strips required (separated by council footpath): • 1.75 m long • 1.4 m long Specifications: • Concrete strip approx. 100–150 mm wide, flush with ground level. • Straight, clean edge. • Must act as a physical barrier between lawns. • Smooth finish. 3. Re level and prepare soil • Correct uneven/bumpy areas in the backyard - it's not terrible, but could have been a bit smoother. • Re grade soil for smooth finish and proper drainage away from the house. • Add/compact turf underlay as required. 4. Lay new turf • Supply and install new zoysia turf (Empire/Matrella/Nara/Sir Grange — open to recommendations). • Ensure tight seams and correct fall. 5. Clean-up • Remove all waste, soil offcuts, old turf, and debris. • Leave site tidy. Access to the back yard is tight - there is a concrete side path between the house and garden, but only approx 60-70cm wide, restricting what can be used in the back to perform the work. Turf Replacement – Approx. 100sqm Looking for an experienced lawn/landscaping contractor to fully replace an existing lawn. Scope of work: 1. Spray and kill existing grass (glyphosate or similar) 2. Remove dead grass and old surface once poisoned 3. Supply and spread approx. 100mm of quality under-turf soil, levelled and prepped 4. We have taken away most of the dirt in preparation however there are about three tree roots (as per photo) still there that will need grinding or chopping down lower. Then I guess some soil underlay and the laying of the turf. I don’t mind if you buy or we buy the turf. We just need it laid.

Need yard escavated and somewhat leveled. Need this in a condition to be able to lay top soil and lay turf. Need to dispose excess mixed soil. About 130m2 and 5-6 tonne of mixed soil. Hard to say. Can negotiate paying for task and me paying for tip fee or all inclusive.
