I am looking someone with experience in turf installation to supply and install natural turf at my property in Braddon. Project Specifications: * Dimensions: Approximately 3.93m x 4.56m (Total area 17.92 m2). * Access: My property is a town house with back-gate access via a flat path alongside the complex (no stairs). * Current State: Bare dirt - we have removed existing patchy weeds and old grass Scope of Work Requested: 1. Site Preparation: old grass has all been removed. Soil will need to be levelled/rolled 2. Soil Conditioning: Testing of soil PH, application of Gypsum and a turf underlay/sandy loam. 3. Supply & Install: Supply and laying of turf rolls (I am currently considering Buffalo or Canberra Blend/Fescue). My backyard does not have shade and is in direct sunlight for the majority of the day - what turf would be most suitable? 4. Finishing: Rolling and initial watering-in. If irrigation services are offered I may consider this as well

Need someone to remove adhesive residue left behind on tiles and grout after artificial turf was ripped up. Adhesive is in a 20-30cm width strip around the perimeter of the balcony (2.7 x 4.2m). Please bring your own tools and materials, including PPE. Prefer this to be done on Wed 7th (7.30am-8pm) or Thu 8th (8am-5pm), but could do Fri 9th (8am-4pm)for the right price.
