The existing garden bed about 8m in length, 70cm wide and 35cm deep. The soil (to ground level) needs to be removed. It can be placed in the front garden but spread out so that it is neat. The wooden slats that form the retaining wall need to be removed. Artificial turf needs to be laid to match the existing one, mainly where the garden bed was. You will need to supply the turf and associated materials. Some pavers laid to match the existing one (which creates a boundary between the turf and other garden), and will also need a panel or something to added to the stairs (once retaining wall removed). Noting the stairs down to this part of the yard, heavy machinery may not be possible. Per the photo i have dug out some of the garden bed as an example.

Irrigation leak has been identified, but I have been unable to locate the pipe (picture one). Once the irrigation is fixed, I would also like advice on how to re-establish the lawn what my options are and the associated costs.

I have a 20m2 area in my backyard that I am wanting to turn into lawn. It is currently a patch of dirt that needs the following: 1. Cultivating with weeds removed (weeds will have already been treated and died). Ideally you will have your own cultivating tools. 2. Transporting new underlay soil onto proposed turf area. Soil will be provided in bulka bags outside the garage. The task is to use a wheelbarrow to transport the soil from the bulka bags through the garage door into the backyard. Soil levelling and turf laying is not required.

Need someone to remove adhesive residue left behind on tiles and grout after artificial turf was ripped up. Adhesive is in a 20-30cm width strip around the perimeter of the balcony (2.7 x 4.2m).
