I’m looking for someone with the know how to replace 2 timber stumps that have become loose and possibly 1 or two more to atleast re secure them to the existing bearers due to a lean. There are 2 areas of the house that has sunk and would like them lifted and made secure. Access for the first 2 is easy and pretty straight forward and the other is about 5 meters under the house. Access is good and there should be plenty of room to work with. The existing first 2 stumps measure just under 800mm (exposed). You will need to bring a Jack or mini prop of some sort and stump packers with you along with the rest of the gear you will need. (The first and 3rd photo show the next stump (with level) from the crawl space access just after the main 2 and the leaning stump is the one 5m in)

We cut and grind our elm tree two years ago. However, it’s still alive sprouting suckers around the garden. We’d like to completely remove/ kill the tree stump and its roots. Would prefer not to use poison as we want replant another tree in the same area. The diameter of the trunk is about 1m wide (as per the red circle in the photo).
