Removal of 2 tree stumps

I need two trees and one small stump removed. The first tree is a medium-sized lemon tree, probably about 2.5 to 3 metres high. The second tree is dead and about the same height as the lemon tree, but I’m not sure what it is. The third is a small stump of an avocado tree, which should be very easy to remove. There’s plenty of access down the side of the house for equipment, but you won’t be able to get a car down there. I need the trees removed and all the material taken away.
