Need a yucca tree removed - cut to ground level, stump poisoned, green waste removed off site - from the back courtyard of a townhouse on Station street, in Fairfield.

Need to remove three palm trees from the side of the house along the fence.

Arborist report for two neighboring olive trees for council planning application. An arborist report is required for the neighbour’s trees and the jacaranda on site which is protected by local law and will be affected by the development, also if any street trees are to be affected, these too should also be included. A written arboricultural impact assessment prepared by a qualified and experienced Arborist in accordance with AS4970-2009 Protection of Trees on Development Sites. Show where the loss of TPZ (if any) will be made up in a location that is contiguous with the TPZ. The impact the proposal will have on the health and structural integrity of protected and retained trees. Explain the design and construction methods proposed to minimize impacts on all trees, where buildings and works encroach into TPZs. Show how protected/retained tree/s will remain viable under the proposed plans and suggested remedial works to reduce any adverse impacts to any significant trees. Recommendations to amend plans and minimise adverse impacts on protected trees during demolition and construction. Recommend measures necessary to protect the trees throughout all demolition and construction stages. A site map that clearly identifies the location of each tree numbered in the report.
