I’m looking for a licensed plumber to install a handheld bidet/bum spray next to my 2 toilets The toilet has a concealed/in-wall water connection, so there is no standard exposed isolation valve beside the toilet. Please inspect the existing setup and determine the best way to provide a suitable water connection for the hand spray. The installation needs to be completed safely and in accordance with Victorian/Australian plumbing requirements, including any required backflow prevention. Scope: - Assess the existing toilet plumbing and water supply - Create/connect a suitable water outlet for the handheld spray - Install the handheld bidet/hand spray - Install appropriate isolation valve/tap - Provide and install any required backflow prevention device - Test for leaks and correct operation - Ensure the finished installation is compliant - Provide plumbing compliance certificate if required/applicable I can provide the handheld spray, or please advise if you recommend supplying a compliant unit/backflow device yourself. Blair came and gave me a quote for my toilet. Unfortunately the one I want won’t fit, and the work needed to rectify this is currently out of my budget. I will gladly hit Blair up for the install when the time comes.
