Looking for a reliable handyman or plumber to install a handheld bidet spray in my bathroom. It’s a rental apartment, so I need the installation to be non-permanent and easily removable without damaging the plumbing or tiles. The setup should connect to the existing toilet system (see photo)

Removed an old toilet roll holder because the mounting holes were damaged, I think they were too big so it was too lose. Need it reinstalled again. Not sure if it can go in the existing hole in the drywall. I have all the parts.

I need a plumber to come and inspect and potentially reinstall a toilet. There’s been a strange musty smell in a recently renovated bathroom, which I suspect has something to do with the toilet not being installed correctly, or something to do with the breather. It’s been there since install. No visible leaks, mould or anything like that, but there’s a definite smell that isn’t present in any other room in the house. Whilst here, I’d also like some help with caulking the existing shower in the same bathroom (shower base to tile caulking) to ensure no water can get behind the tiles.
