Hi, I need the terracotta floor tiles in my place cleaned, stripped and re-sealed. The tiles are in two rooms. The first room is approximately 3.8m by 4.5m. The other room is a kitchen and so the floor area is hard to calculate, but it is about 4m by 2.5m with a large kitchen island in the middle.

There is currently a leak in the ceiling of the outdoor deck which is timber soffit (see image of damage) which is under a terracotta tile roof. The leak in the roof needs to be found and fixed, and there is potential to also fix a couple of sections of timber soffit impacted by water damage.
