I am in need of a roof tiler to fix house roof in Newport. Some tiles are cracked, some tiles missing and some capping needs re cementing, tiles are terracotta, I don’t mind to have concrete tiles given my understanding of terracotta are quite old , as long as profile same to stop the leak. utlimately to fix at minimual costs and patching up , it is a very old house and renting people see some sign of water leaking, and my maintenance guy went there today and said , roof tiles are needing restoration he can’t do the job, need professional roof tilers to do the task

Looking for an experienced tiler to install a new kitchen splashback using handmade Spanish terracotta tiles. Tiles supplied: Terracotta Malee Gloss Hand Made Spanish Ceramic Tiles 130 × 130 × 8mm (6 boxes ordered). Target layout is a soft, staggered offset similar to the attached reference image (handmade look, not a strict brick bond). Scope: - Prep wall - Lay and cut tiles neatly (incl. around power points) - Grout and clean These are handmade feature tiles, so experience with artisan tiles is important. Budget: $600 (incl. labour, adhesive & grout). Grout colour to be discussed and approved prior to installation. Happy to supply grout if needed once colour is chosen. Existing glass splashback will be removed prior to tiling. If you can remove it and make good the wall, please include this as an optional line item. Photos attached of the space and tiles. Budget: $600–$900 depending on whether glass removal and wall making-good is included.

There is currently a leak in the ceiling of the outdoor deck which is timber soffit (see image of damage) which is under a terracotta tile roof. The leak in the roof needs to be found and fixed, and there is potential to also fix a couple of sections of timber soffit impacted by water damage.

Remove solvent based (xylene) sealer from terracotta tiles on patio. Approximately 40msq. Only one coat of sealer applied.
