Need to replace terracotta tiles that have fallen off / are broken. I have already got the tiles cut to size, just need them put back on/replaced. There are 2 above main entry stairs and 2 above garage as shown.

6m2 of terracotta tile requires sealing. We have the sealer & there is two coats required. Area is prepped and ready to seal. Unfortunately cannot do myself being pregnant.

Quote - Areas of roof to be addressed for concern, 2 valleys either side of front door and right-hand side valley. Will need tiles cut in on valley as they are broken in and tiles near valley need to replace broken tiles Have silicone up those tiles for a temporary fix. At bottom of valley it’s sticking up in air and needs to be put under the tiles to let water flow again properly. Will also need to re-mortar valley. Right hand side of valley is rusted and needs to be replaced. Will need to address missing and broken tiles and re-mortar valley. House leaks at front entrance - valley on right needs to be addressed. Broken cut tiles along valley as well as full tiles near valley broken. Possible re-mortar required as well for valley. Ideally replace or clean tiles at front but to be discussed.

Take up 7 terracotta tiles, approximately 300 x 300, & replace with new tiles. Re lay 7 tiles on a cement base. Should take three hours maybe. I have the 7 new tiles

I have approx 60 square metres of terracotta tiles around a pool which have been repeatedly sealed over the years. The various seals have started to breakdown and partly peel. I would like to remove all sealer and bring the tiles back to original.
