Site Details: • Area: Approx. 695 sqm • Terrain: Sloping block (downhill from the road). • Purpose: Preparing for a landscape design and potential DA/CDC application for a garage relocation/front-yard parking project. Requirements: 1. Contours & Levels: Accurate height levels across the front yard (TBM linked to AHD preferred). 2. Boundaries: Clear identification of property boundaries. 3. Existing Features: Position of the house, driveway etc 4. Services: Locate visible underground services (Telstra, water, sewer, etc.) if possible. 5. Need a survey to establish the following: - concrete slab, steps and retaining walls finished levels. -slab boundary. -concrete footings , there are 6 footings -peg out the finished slab, steps and retaining wall finished levels. -peg out the slab boundary. -peg out the locations of the 6 footings. -provide a drawing of the survey. the new slab, steps & retaining walls only covers an area of about 10 m x 6 m as shown on the attached pics. the backyard has a gentle slope & good access. owner needs the survey done so that builder can construct the slab, steps and retaining walls.
