Our bar/wine fridge has died and I need it moved onto the footpath for council pick up (unless you can remove it for me). There are 18 steps to navigate, however they are wide and outdoor, so no difficulty in negotiating. Given there is no urgency, job could be done when going past the unit in conjunction with other work.

I have a bookcase/TV unit I need to put in the council clean up but I can't carry it to the lift and then put it on the curb. Need someone to take it out of my apartment, down the lift, through a small carpark and deposit on curb for council clean up. It is 108 x 83 x 40 - not sure how heavy. It's too heavy for my as I have arthritis.
