Move my TV unit from morningside to capalaba

Emptying a 7.5sqm unit at Storage King Capalaba, 81 Redland Bay Road (densely packed and stacked up to 2.5m height, appx. 18-20cbm) and moving everything into a 1 bedroom apartment in Wynnum West (Needs to be done on Friday, 23rd!). The storage unit is on the 1st floor. Trolleys and a service elevator are available. The truck can be parked right in front of the elevator. Some heavier items are stored quite high, so being a taller person is an advantage. The flat in Wynnum (11.9km away) is on the ground floor without stairs but 1m higher than the parking lot. For most things you can use a shortcut 5-10m from truck to entrance door but you need to do 2 steps up through a gap in the hedge. Items requiring a trolley (probably washing machine +fridge) need to use the ramp which means a distance of ca.40m from truck to entrance door. Only a few items are heavy (e.g. washing machine, fridge, 2-person couch, keyboard top part of a digital piano) and require 2 persons.
