Looking for two staff to serve drinks and food to a group of approximately 65 guests. It’s a 40th birthday. Food and drinks provided. Professionally presented and affable. 1pm to 5pm on 15th March $40 per hour

Time required 4pm - 9pm Main kitchen duties: Prepare and cut fruit and arrange on platters Meat and cracker platters will be ordered and cheeses will just need to be arranged on the platters Pre-cooked meats and veggies will just need to be heated and then used to construct a nachos tables A friend will be cooking roasts on a spit and we will supply bread rolls that will need to be sliced in half. Pre-prepared gravy will need to be warmed up Pre-prepared coleslaw to be placed on table with rolls, roast meats, gravy and sauce bottles Platters will be put on tables outside and pending your time can be circulated Plates, cutlery, glasses etc will need to be collected etc as they’re used/returned to the kitchen. Will probably use metal cutlery and good paper plates so will have plenty of garbage bags! Cake cutting once speeches and singing etc is done Then it would be clearing any dishes and loading the dishwasher as needed. Clearing any rubbish etc Maybe one or two additional duties I haven’t thought of.

Hi There Looking for someone to come and clean and remove the rust from my BBQ hot plate and grill and then season the plate and grill.

Helping decorations, loading plates and cleaning, etc. Not hard work and it includes lunch (variety options for lunch. Unpaid lunch time for around 30 mins) Required for 4 hours from 11 to 3. 30.( 30 mins around lunch time, unpaid)
