We’re a big European family, so the drinks will be flowing all night. We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently, provide great service and keep guests from waiting at the bar. What We’re Looking For Experienced bartender(s) confident making cocktails, serving beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks, while keeping the bar area clean and organised. Experience at weddings, engagements or private events is preferred. RSA preferred (or required where applicable). Cocktail Service Our signature cocktail will be inspired by a Cherry Berry Sour (similar to an Amaretto Sour with a cherry twist).
