All we need is your help, so no-one’s cup is ever going empty :) Guests will arrive from 2 pm, and should be leaving around/ from 6 pm. We would like to ask you to arrive around 1:30 pm, so to familiarize yourself with the area, advise what’s works best for you (meals and snacks placement, other things we might not know as well as you do :))
