Throughout the night, we would like assistance with pouring the drinks, making cocktail jugs, and putting pre-prepared food out, and putting frozen canapes in oven then on tables Time: - 3pm-4pm set up, 4-9pm party - ~50-70 guests - will have drinks available to self- pour in addition to bartender - party will be held at a house Date: 13th April Additional responsibilities: 30min call prior to party (eg sometime a few weeks before) to discuss approach etc
