I am holding a 40th birthday party and will need some support on the evening. There will be roughly 20 guests, and I am cooking all of the food in advance with some finishing required on the evening The areas I will need help are things like: - Helping finish off the food - Providing drinks to the guests - Helping to dish up - Washing dishes It is a surprise party so I will need you to arrive at 5pm sharp with a 10pm finish. My goal is to end the night with a clean kitchen whilst still being able to enjoy the party myself. Somebody with catering or hospitality experience would be ideal.
