Needing 2 help staff to help with a home function of about 50 guests on the 10th October for roughly 5-6 hours 5pm-10:30pm Happy to pay $25-$30 an hour based on experience per staff Duties such as -Help with basic set up before guests come mainly food related. -Keep serving tables and guest tables neat throughout the night -Refill reheat or replace food if needed - clear any empty serving dishes and help clear the savoury table -Refill drinks and keep the area clean -Clear empty drinks/plates during the night etc -Bring out and set up desserts -Cut/serve the cake -Keep dessert table especially around the chocolate fountain neat and clean Have some experience would be helpful

One experienced wait staff required to assist at a cocktail party/ private function with approx 40 guests. Time and date required: Saturday, 28 March 2026, 4-8 pm. Location: Hillside VIC 3037 The function starts at 3 pm. After a formal part, finger foods will be served from about 3:30. Our caterer will cook and plate the food, top up the platters and rotate food. All platters with finger foods will be placed across a large table for the guests to primarily serve themselves. We need an additional person to assist with service and cleaning. Ideally someone with hospitality experience. Tasks will include: - Assisting caterer if required - Keeping the food and drink tables tidy - Occasionally walking through the crowd indoors and outdoors with various platters - Removing and disposing of used plates and cutlery - Removing and disposing of empty cans and bottles - Cutting and serving the cake - Helping with clean up as the function wraps up - If there’s leftover food - assisting with placing finger foods in prepared food boxes.
