From 4:30pm till 7:00pm, cooking oven based foods and serving to a group of approximately 30 people in my house for a 30th birthday. All food that needs to be cooked will only need to be placed in the oven.

I am looking for someone who can cook an authentic spanish vegetarian paella on-site for around 20 people. The cooking gear and ingredients required will have to be provided by the cook.
