Oyster Shucker Needed – Engagement Party (All Equipment Supplied) We’re looking for someone with experience shucking oysters to help out at our engagement party on the 28th of this month. All oysters, equipment and serving setup will be supplied — we just need someone confident and experienced to shuck and serve oysters to guests throughout the event. Details: Date: 28th of this month Time: 1:30pm – 3:30pm Event: Engagement Party Guests: Around 50 people Location: Ascot, Brisbane Everything supplied (oysters, knives, gloves, serving platters etc.) Just looking for someone who has previous experience shucking oysters (hospitality, seafood bar, catering etc.) and can help create a fun experience for guests.

Barman required for private party. Must be able to mix martini’s, serve drinks making sure everyone is topped up, and collect glasses etc barman duties. 6.30 arrival till possible 10.30 - 4 hours. Dressed in proper attire for black tie party.

Need catering help for event in Ascot for 6hrs on 26th April. Time: 11am - 5pm (event finishes at 4pm) Tasks include: Heat cheese rolls in oven, place on platters Take out food to table Bring empty platters inside Bring empty paper plates inside/throw in bin Wash glasses - 160 total (at the end of event) Tidy and clean kitchen during and at the end of event Place rubbish in large black bin bags provided

Drinks waiter for a party

2 experienced waiters to serve food and drinks directly to guests and from behind bar. Private function of about 80 people. Should assist with setting up and cleaning up. Waiter’s uniform preferable. 5.30 - 8.30 pm

Looking for a cocktail bartender for approx 5 hours from about 3pm to 8pm to bartend my birthday party. Set menu of about 5 different cocktails + standard drinks to be served. Must have own bar equipment.

Make drinks (spirits and mixers) for guests, top up champagne, clear glasses and plates for 21st party (around 80 guests). You will have access to the kitchen and dishwashers. We have a catering service for food organised and will have drinks pre-bought - you will just need to make sure everyone has a full glass and keeping the area clean. Will probably need roughly 4-5 people.
