Live in a 2 storey duplex and existing sockets have RJ11 cabling. Need CAT6 cabling installed to these sockets instead. Need a 4 socket patch panel from the Router location and cabling extended through the walls to the roof and then to each room through the double brick cavity.

Two light switches are broken and most likely need replacing, one is a 3 switch and one is a two switch.

Pretty straightforward; I have 6 power points I’d like upgraded from 2 sockets to 4, please. Concrete walls. Not sure if that’s relevant info but thought I’d throw it in there. I included a sample pic of a 4-socket power point I already have (it’s in my bathroom, hence the tiles). Would be good if they all looked like this. Please see pics, 5 out of 6 power points look identical to me. But one out of 6 is an oddball. Marked in pink in the pictures. Looks like an elevated box, whereas the other ones look flatter? Also need help installing a ceiling fan in my living room, please. Currently only have a light up there. I already have the ceiling fan, so no need to supply one. And yes it meets the ceiling height requirements :) I’m available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays, preferably after 1pm Thanks for your help.

Replace 2 light switches

Entire light switch needs replacing. Horizontal 6 switch plate, including the mounting plate and switch casings.

Change two single wall sockets to double sockets. One in the lounge room and one in the bedroom. Replace one cracked single socket in the bathroom. Please note this cannot be done on 18th dec. Please supply the sockets

1. Installation: Install 2 bed side lights with their own switch. 2. Light Switch Re-Wiring: Group 7 hallway lights together to one switch. At the moment they are wired to different switches. Re-wire a kitchen light to another switch. Re-wire a bedroom light to a different switch. 3. Bathroom Fan Wiring: Wire the fan to the other switch button on the same panel so both switch flicks have the fan. 2 bathrooms needed. Should be able to be done on the switch. All lights are close together in an apartment.

Looking for a qualified electrician that will provide an invoice when complete (understand this will add GST into cost). For the job I will order the power points, light switches and oyster lights - planning to use clipsal iconic for all points and switches. The job is for a 2 bedroom / 1 study apartment, with all switches easy to access. Two bedroom lights are harder to get to, as ceilings are high. I have a ladder that can be used if easier than bringing one along. Details of work required: 1. Replace 13 power points (all currently working, however some are coming loose and all are very worn / cheap looking) 2. Add 1 new double power point to study (already one in the room) 3. Replace 9 light switches throughout apartment (2 double, 7 single) 4. Replace main bedroom light switch with a dimmer switch 5.
