Numerous light sockets replaced and possibly some added with USB ports

I need two double plug sockets put on a wall. They will be around 60 cm straight vertical apart. One above the other effectively. There is no outlet on the wall but there is a light switch less than 1m away.

I'm looking for a quote from a licensed electrician to investigate and repair a fault at a residential property in Glen Iris. The issue is that two lights in the property (pictured) are not turning on at their respective switches. They previously worked but have stopped working. There are currently 2 wall sockets and a light switch that needs to be relocated as part of a renovation. The stud walls and ceiling are bare (no plasterboard) and the required new locations has new wall sockets in position, therefore only requires wiring. The room is a laundry room approx 3x3m, however wiring may require a junction box and routed around a new door frame.
