Hi, we are preparing for an apartment sale and would like a qualified electrician to replace a bunch of faded light switches and powerpoints please. We also have 2 X AR111 240-12v transformers to replace, to fix two lights. (they are very easy to get access to - not buried in the ceiling). Double powerpoints: 21 Double light switches: 3 Single light switch: 5 Triple light switch: 3 Quad light switch: 2 Single RJ45 wall plug: 2 (I assume you can do the coax/RJ45 but if not please let me know and I won't buy them) Double RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo coax/RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo coax/double-RJ45 wall plug: 1 Combo quad coax/doubleRJ45 wall plug: 1 Some of the light switches are two-way (I think that is what you call it) - where 2 different switches control the same light. I am assuming that I just go to Bunnings and buy all of the switches/plugs, then you just install them, but please let me know if that is incorrect.

I need an electrician to install 3 oyster lights (laundry, bedroom and hallway), replace 4 light switches (3 single and 1 double) and 3 powerpoint covers (for aesthetics only), and fix a powerpoint fixture that is coming off the wall. I have two light switches that are broken - the first has completely fallen into the wall cavity, and the second keeps flicking back on after I turn it off. I also have an exhaust/extractor fan in a bathroom that needs replacing (it works totally fine but it is way too loud for the space!)

Dual dimmer light switch in dining room works intermittently and need fixing. Exhaust fan (behind IXL heat light)in bathroom has stopped working and needs fixing (note IXL heat light works fine).
