The outside drain appears to have sand/debris in it so I suspect a blockage further down the pipe. Shower head is leaking, it either needs to be fixed or replaced. If it needs to be replaced, you'll have to go to Bunnings to get a new one (there is a bunnings just 4km away from my house)
