Need help with some sewing :)

Can drive to you drop off/pick up: I was attempting to hem the fabric edges of new curtain material by hand but it’s taking a long time and the fabric is also corduroy so it’s quite tough! Hoping someone has a sewing machine that can do a hem on all edges and then a stitch line towards the top of each piece to thread the hanging wire through.
