We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Field Sales Representative to represent Ere Perez Natural Cosmetics across our Sydney retail network. This is an ongoing, field-based opportunity for approximately 2 days per week, with the potential for additional days depending on regional road trips and business needs. You’ll visit our retail partners across Sydney and help ensure Ere Perez is beautifully represented, well stocked and supported in-store. What you’ll be doing: - Visiting assigned retail stores across Sydney - Building positive relationships with store managers and staff - Checking stock levels and identifying sales/order opportunities - Cleaning, refreshing and merchandising Ere Perez displays - Checking testers and updating POS/promotional materials - Providing product education and brand training to retail teams - Taking before-and-after photos of displays - Gathering retailer feedback and sharing relevant insights with our team - Supporting occasional in-store promotions and customer activations - Capturing suitable in-store content where appropriate - Completing a short report following store visits We’re looking for someone who: - Is confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with retailers - Is organised, reliable and able to work independently - Has excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Is interested in beauty, cosmetics, wellness or retail - Is comfortable travelling between different store locations - Holds a current Australian driver licence Experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail sales, field sales, merchandising or account management would be highly regarded. Merchandise Sales Staff – Live Theatre Show (Twin Towns – March 7) We are seeking 2 confident, friendly and sales-focused people to manage merchandise sales at a live theatre production at Twin Towns Showroom. About the show: “I Love Your Faces – The Don Lane Show” is a large-scale live stage production celebrating the golden era of Australian variety television, featuring a live band and showgirls. The audience demographic is primarily 50+. Role includes: • Selling merchandise before the show, during intermission and after the show • Confidently operating EFTPOS • Engaging warmly with an older audience demographic • Encouraging upsells and moving items efficiently • Representing the brand professionally We are aiming for approximately $2,500–$3,000 in merchandise sales, so we are looking for people who are comfortable actively selling — not just standing behind a table. Schedule: • Pre-show: 1:30pm – 2:30pm • Intermission: approx. 3:30pm – 3:50pm • Post-show: 4:45pm – 5:15pm • Hard finish 5:30pm Pay: $150 flat fee each • 5% of total merchandise sales (shared between both staff) Ideal candidates: • Retail or event sales experience preferred • Confident communicators • Comfortable engaging with a 50+ audience • Reliable and punctual Please include relevant retail or sales experience when applying.
